The
wine is born of Sangiovese and Merlot grapes cultivated
in the property's best vineyards. The growing
technique in the vineyards is adopted in order
to obtain the best maturation of the grapes, followed
by a careful vinification and by about 12 months
of refinement in the oak barrels of Massiccio
Centrale. This allows the production of Ghinibaldo,
red wine from Tuscany of intense ruby red color,
with a fruity scent, spicy, complex and full taste,
soft, structured and meaty. It accompanies red
meats, game, dry and mature cheeses. Serve at
18 degrees C. |
