Bianca
of Castel Pietraio is an estate grappa obtained
using the skins of Chianti Colli Senesi Castel
Pietraio; with its clearness and the crystal colour
it is a leader product for its soft and deeply
fruity flavour. The marcs are distilled, on our
behalf, within 24 hours from the drawing off of
wine, through a steam plant with discontinuous
system, low grade columns. Package of a bottle
of 500ml each. |
