RIGHTS IN REFERENCE TO THE PRIVACY IN ACCORDANCE WITH ART.13 OF LAW 675/96
With reference
to the processing of the personal data each person concerned
has the right to:
A
- obtain without delay the confirmation whether exist
or not a personal data (already registered or not) regarding
herself and to obtain an understandable communication containing
amongst the regarding data and their origin the logic and
the objective their processing is based on.The request of
such confirmation may be repeated, except for the existence
of justified motives, after a period not under ninety days;
B - to obtain without delay the deletion, the transformation
into an anonymous form or the blockade of a data processed
by breaching laws including those no longer necessary to
purpose the objective they originally have been collected
or in former times processed for;
C
- to obtain without delay the revision, the rectification
or as far as in the interest of the concerned person the
supplementation of the details;
D
- to obtain without delay a clearance to certify that the
operations resulting from the numbers b. and c. and the
modification so made have been communicated also to the
subjects being in possession of the data communicated or
forwarded in former times, with exception for cases in which
such fulfilment is impossible or possible only with the
aid of a disproportionately high effort;
E
- oppose, for legitimate motivations, completely or in parts
the processing of the personal data regarding herself, even
if collected in reference to the motive of the acquisition;
F
- oppose completely or in parts the processing of the
personal data regarding herself with the purpose to use
them in reference to commercial information, publicity,
direct sales, market research or interactive commercial
communications. The proprietor of the data shall inform
the concerned person not after the moment of the data's
communication or transmission about the possibility to make
free use of this right.
The concerned person
may make use of the above rights by registered mail or give
a single person or an association authority or power of attorney
to make use of the above rights.
