TO BOOK
• First of all you ask if the room chosen for the desired
period is available. Then if it is available, you pay a deposit
equivalent to 30% of the total amount of your stay to confirm
your reservation. You can make the payment using you credit
card, transmitting its number and expiry date. If you prefer
to pay differently, please contact us and we will inform you
about other ways of payment.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• When the reservation is confirmed, you will receive
a voucher (by e-mail or fax) with all reservation data, name
and surname, arrival date, room category, days of stay, price,
instructions about how to reach Castel Pietraio.
• The price of the room includes: taxes and services,
use of hot and cold water, electricity, heating or air conditioning,
television, safe, daily cleaning. The use of the swimming
pool, barbecue and bicycles is included.
• The cost of the room does not include: extra services
• Arrival between 4 p.m. and 7,30 p.m.
• Departure within 10 a.m.
• Settlement: at the departure.
CANCELLATION
• In case of withdrawal from the contract, the customer
has to pay the following amounts, on the basis of the days
that remain from the cancellation to the arrival date:
1. up to 31 days before, 30% of the amount of the stay
2. between the 30th and the 16th day, 50% of the amount of
the stay
3. between the 15th and the 4th day, 80% of the amount of
the stay
4. less than 3 days and in case of non-arrival 100% of the
amount of the stay
No refund is foreseen in case of interruption of the stay:
we suggest to get an insurance that covers possible renunciations.
PLACE OF JURISDICTION
In case of disputes concerning this contract, the place of
jurisdiction will be Bologna, where the registered offices
of Le Parate di Castel Pietraio are located.
